I've had my eye on IL Bisonte for a while, but never pulled the trigger, so to speak. Then I found this listing by Ama-Terasu, and I had to buy this item. I ordered it on January 13 and it came on January 22 from overseas, which included a weekend and a U.S. holiday. The seller contacted me when the item was shipped and was very kind. My notebook cover came very well wrapped for safe travels and is in perfect condition, as described. It is beautiful and well worth the cost.
My Aoba plush has just arrived safely this week! Overall the condition was good, it was shipped in secure packaging with a note from the seller as well :) Aoba was generally as described in the product description, and very cute to boot! The only issue I have with the item is that the material of Aoba's jacket seems to be deteriorating a little, but I kind of expected it, as it is an item over 10+ years old. Totally worth the price, I recommend this seller 100%!
Originally I was not totally happy with the item delivery. There was a considerable amount of discoloration and heavy cracking on the plastic pieces not shown in pics. Reached out to seller. Apologized, and checked with packaging personnel. Offered a decent partial refund. In the end, the shoe is still wearable and the seller made the appropriate accommodations. Very good business.
