Exactly as described...brand new, in the original box and had never been opened. This was the best price ANYWHERE on this item in this condition, and even better that some used ones as well. BUT..the thing is..the shipping ! Fastest I have ever had, and it has happened over and over with these folks. Absolutely superb, and I sincerely mean that. I will never hesitate to buy from them. I am 79, and have been playing since I was 14, and Sweetwater is GREAT !! To have this kind of service...WOW
I received this item on time as described by the seller. However, the box it came in was completely crushed with split open corners and the retail box the headphones came in was damaged as well. Ultimately the headphones inside were not damaged which is the main concern. It's impossible to know whether the box was damaged in transit or left the seller that way but either way I received a crushed box. I'm satisfied overall about the purchase.
