While the shipping and packaging were quick and convenient and the value was good, unfortunately I ordered a medium and received an extra small so I would say project was not as described. However the seller was completely ready to refund my money and I sent it back to her as soon as possible and all is well. Again seller was amazing and I know it was just an honest mistake.
Super attentive seller. USPS made an error and this seller was right on top of it. He even talked to the supervisor of my local branch of USPS. He went above and beyond to rectify the problem and was in constant contact with me keeping me in the loop. The package arrived today and is beautiful. I really appreciate this sellers commitment to resolving the problem.
Excellent Seller, super fast delivery. Packaged well. Listing accurate and true to description. Dress is stunning and in immaculate condition. Thank you so very much for taking the time to parcel/post and for a lovely pleasant transaction. Highly recommend seller and would buy from again. Five stars plus💫💫💫💫💫
