THIS SERIES B COPY IS BETWEEN 63-65 YEARS OLD BASED ON THE BACK COVER WHICH WAS USED IN 1960-62; THE BOOK IS IN GOOD CONDITION FOR ITS AGE BUT THE FOIL BINDING IS TOTALLY MISSING ALONG WITH SOME PAPER COVER LOSS ON BACK ALONG THE RIGHT EDGE. Based on the Disney movie "Babes in Toyland", wicked Barnaby has shrunk Tom & the toy maker to toy size & stolen the magic toy making formula. Tom calls all the toys to arms. Can they save the day, get the formula back, rescue the toy maker & return Tom & the toy maker to normal size? Marks: No name, tape or writing on pages or covers; back of title page has several brown crayon scribbles & facing page has a purple crayon line at bottom left corner & a vertical pencil line in the text, inside back cover has brown & orange crayon scribbles, top right corner of title page has what looks like 29 above J4 in pencil & facing pages have tan marks at bottom edges (photo 5). Tears: A 3 7/8" with fold to a top page edge at binding (photo 3, right page) a 1/8" tear to a bottom page edge & also to the right page in photo 3 is a 1 1/4" cut in the text with a small hole at one end under the. Corners: Page have slight bends. Cover are soft & all have paper cover loss showing white & the board. Binding: Tight, foil is completely gone as noted above & on back almost all the paper cover on the binding. Cover: Front has very minor color loss, very shallow paper cover loss to board edges & a small paper cover loss showing white at top edge in groove where book bends while at bottom edge a 1/8" paper cover separation & loss showing the board + on inside cover a 1/4" paper cover separation at bottom edge at binding. Back has color loss, paper cover loss at top edge showing white in 5 1/4" of the groove & onto the cover at top, a 1/8" loss at bottom edge of groove showing board & very shallow color loss on board edges.
