New in package. Package is worn and curved but not bent. Please see pictures.

  1. Pros: Communication with the seller was excellent. Shipping was timely, and the item was carefully packed. Cons: Unfortunately, there were glitches in the video playback, making the camcorder unusable for my tape transfer needs. The seller stated it was tested, but I didn’t anticipate this head issue, which I am unable to fix. I was aware that returns were not accepted at the time of purchase, so I have no complaints about that. Overall, my honest and fair review is Neutral.

  2. Happy with this purchase. The album is in good shape, was priced well and arrived as described. Though I believe it had nothing to do with the seller, shipping time wasn't so great. According to USPS tracking, after shipping and beginning its journey, the album sat in Indianapolis for an entire week before continuing on to Michigan. That being said, I would do business with the seller again.
