First time I ordered this I did not receive it. Don't think it was on the seller's end, probably a delivery interference, like the wrong address delivery and such. Messaged the seller about the issue and they offered to ship out another one. So kind! That's never happened to me before. The condition is new, quality is nice, and looks like the photo. I recommend this seller!

USPS tracking didn't work, but seller responded promptly when asked if product hd shipped, assuring me that it had. Product ended up arriving 3 days early and was exactly as described.
