  1. Thank you for shipping out the glass tree so quickly. Scared me when I got it as the top of the box had a hole popped through and you could see and feel the top of the tree. I took a pic in case; but, was glad to see the top of the tree was fine. I only mention for future packaging (even though you had enough stuffing in the box, the item had shifted). Very happy with Seller and product (which is actually 9 3/4" tall, not 10 1/2", but I'm fine with that). Thank you.

  2. Received by Bisque wall plaque. It arrived intact and quickly. Very pretty and I am thrilled. The packaging could have been better but it sill arrived safely. The item is definitely as described and I definitely got my value for the purchase cost. I would recommend this vendor and would use again, should the opportunity arise.

  3. Perfect little "Pepper". She came very quickly and was well packaged. Her appearance and condition was exactly as described. The price was good considering this little cat is pretty rare. The seller even threw in a little "freebie". What a nice touch! I would definitely buy from this seller again.
