DC47-00018A Thermal Cut-off fuse The thermostat system has limit of 260°F with a differential of 50 degrees. The heating element will cut off at 260 and cycle back once the temperature has dropped 50 degrees. It is a replacement for numbers PS2038383, AP4201898 and 35001092 Note: During the installation process, if you find that the nickel-chromium wire of the heating wire is bent, it may touch the metal shell of the dryer. Please adjust the nickel-chromium wire to ensure that it does not touch the metal shell. Make sure that the connectors of all thermostats are not loose, otherwise it will cause a short circuit and the nickel-chromium wire will burn out. 1. Before starting maintenance, disconnect the power to the dryer. 2. Wear insulated gloves to protect your hands. 3. After replacement, please keep children and the elderly away from the dryer before using it. 4. Clean up the accumulation of the heating unit ventilation and the bottom of the dryer. The accumulated debris may be a potential fire hazard.
