Angenieux Retrofocus 35 mm f/ 2.5 wide angle lens. Type R1 . Made in France. Serial #293128. This lens will fit Exakta lens mount camera's like the Exa, Exakta, VR, VR2, Varex, VX2A, VX2b, RTL, 1000, VX500, Exakta 2, and Kino Exakta . Lens can also be used on Topcon Super D film cameras. This lens can also be used on all mirrorless digital cameras like the Canon R, Fuji X-Pro3, XT-4, Nikon Z. Olympus Pen F, OM-D5 Mark III, OM-D1 Mark III, OM-1, Panasonic Lumix G7, G9, GH-4, GH-5, Sony a 6500, Sony a7SII, a7RIII with the proper adapter. Front filter size is 49mm. Minimum focus distance is less than 3' or 1m. Aperture range is f / 2.5 - f / 22 . Focusing is marked in feet ONLY. Lens has a manual aperture. Lens is in Ex/Ex- or 7.5/8 of 10 cosmetic condition. Overall decent condition lens barrel with minor marks, and slight paint wear. No dings or dents. Fairly clean optics. Some VISIBLE coating marks on the front & rear lens elements(see photos). Coating marks are commonly found on these Angenieux lenses. These should not affect your images. Overall nice vintage Angenieux 35mm f/2.5 wide angle lens in Exakta mount. Smooth focusing. Smooth working lens aperture. No rust on the chrome parts. Quite sharp and unusual lens with fantastic contrast and optical resolution. Hard to find in any condition. Comes with original Angenieux front and after market rear cap. Good shooter Angenieux 35mm f/2.5 wide angle lens in Exakta/Topcon mount. Sells with NO RESERVE at price of $335 .
