Excellent condition despite its age. Unused. I bought it, but never created these patterns. These patterns, released in 1984, showcases the brand's quality craftsmanship and provides a creative outlet for those interested in cross stitch projects. The leaflet format makes it convenient for crafters to easily reference and replicate the design. This pattern leaflet has been in my collection since it was published. I marked it as like new even though I have never used it. It is however, over 40 years old and shows a bit of wear around the edges, however, the inside is in immaculate condition as the day I purchased it.
