Seiberling , co-founder of the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and his wife, Gertrude Architecture: The 65-room manor house is one of the finest examples of Tudor Revival architecture in America, spanning approximately 64,500 square feet. The Gardens: The 70-acre estate was designed by renowned landscape architect Warren Manning .
