Set of 3 Weathered Steam Locomotives with DCC Decoders. They are constructed from diecast and brass components. Overall I think these would look really good on any layout once there functioning again. "Major and Minor Flaws"- Major flaws constitute Cracked or Missing parts, Bent Pieces, Large Scratches or Gouges. Here i have a set of 3 small Steam Locomotives made by a unknown brand. All 3 have DCC decoder chips installed. Since i only have a DC analog controller, i am unable to test to see if these decoders work. One loco lights up so i assume that one works. Since i am unable to test these locos i am selling them as non runners in need of restoration. They are constructed from diecast and brass components. Overall I think these would look really good on any layout once there functioning again. This is a AS-IS sale, No returns. i do not offer any guarantees or warranties beyond eBay policy. In the event of a policy discrepancy, Returns will be judged on a case by case basis. Everyday packages go out to the post office so shipping "should" be relatively quick. In the event of a lost package i will initiate a missing mail search request through USPS. IF the package is not found then i will make a claim and as soon as that claim is approved i will initiate a refund back to the buyer. In the event of stolen or lost items at a apartment complex or house, The buyer will have to make a claim through USPS to get there money back. I will entertain "Reasonable" offers. Minor Flaws Constitute being Dirty, small or slight scuffs or scratches, Faded or chipped paint. "Return Policy" - I do not have a actual return policy but I do adhere to eBay's policy involving returns. Basically I will Return items if there is any deception of any level. For example, if I say the loco runs and you receive it in non running condition, then ill accept the return. Any falsehoods ill be happy to help either fix, Return, or offer fair compensation for the fault. Must Show proof that the fault exist with pictures.
