This beautifully detailed piece features an ornate, brass-tone stamped filigree setting with a rich antique-style patina. At the center is a striking, large oval sky-blue glass cabochon, accented below by a round moonstone like accent, an AB rhinestone, and the frame is intricately embellished with clear faceted rhinestones finishing at the bottom with a dangling crystal teardrop that catches the light beautifully.
