Condition: Cover shows wear: 1 1/2-inch tear at upper spine corner, 1/4-inch tear at lower spine corner, several creases on each panel, rubbing on the spine folds and panel edges, outer corners rounded, two small abrasion of the paper near the bottom of the rear panel, rubbing on the rear panel; inked bar on upper page edges, soiling on the long edges, otherwise page edges unmarked. Moisture stains on the first cover page with bleed-throughs to the next three pages, otherwise inner pages are tight to the spine and supple, clean and unmarked; tanning as expected with this sort of paper (light brown).
