Overall, my purchase experience was really good. The seller shipped the item promptly and it arrived in the original packaging plus additional padding and an exterior box for safe transport. My only issue is that 3 of the 4 bowls are slightly misshapen. Instead of being round, they are slightly pinched in and oblong. This appears to be a manufacturing defect not mentioned in the item description. They're still functional and it's not worth the trouble/environmental cost of a return though.
This fragile candlestick arrived super fast snuggled in its original box. Did not look used, in mint condition. Very well wrapped, no issues with shipping. It is an authentic piece, matching my other Orrefors Carat candlesticks and a great price too. No problems, no complaints, just a quick sale - just the way they should be! Package looked like it was put through the wringer, even though seller put fragile stickers all over it. The items did not take any damage because seller packed them very carefully. Thank you!
