I recently bought these running shoes and have been very pleased with the whole experience. The order arrived on time and in perfect condition, so I had no issues with shipping at all. This seller takes care in how they package and send merchandise that you’ve purchased from him or her! This is the way all merchandise should arrive! The quality is top notch , condition, and the appearance of the shoes are immaculate and was protected by care and great packaging! Both shoes were as described….brand new, never worn, and shipped two boxes with a custom Shoe Bacca large box! The value was great and the shipping was FAST! I would most definitely buy from this seller again! 5⭐️5⭐️!
Great experience overall! The cowgirl boots were exactly as described—super stylish and well-made—and they arrived quickly and nicely packaged. Unfortunately, they were taller than expected (17" shaft, which hit me over-the-knee on my 5'2" frame), so they didn’t work for me. It would be helpful if future listings included the shaft height for reference. That said, the return process was seamless—easy label printing, no return shipping cost, and a very fast refund. Excellent customer service!
