Thank you very much I'm very satisfied with the doll and it's design I'm just disappointed the way it was delivered it was not boxed in side a delivery box it was just wrapped very well which caused the front to get dented and the back but I was able to pop the front back in place but so much for the dent in the back but I'm still I'm glad I purchased it next time when you mail out a doll please put it in a delivery box thank you

  3. Well packed for shipment. Description was off by one 'I' -- this is the EL-5500II model. Had to drill out one seized screw and replace the battery, and all is well.
