Excellent in every respect My purchase is exactly as described and illustrated; the pieces are all in excellent condition. The tea cups, alone, are quite often seen, the cup and saucer set much less frequently. I am glad to have found these The seller professionally wrapped my purchase, and shipped it with copious packing materials by priority mail, ensuring safe and timely delivery I’m very pleased with my purchase and with the eBay transaction A+ and *****
The Great Courses: Hannibal the Military Genius was like new as advertised. The course protected by a padded paper envelope tempted fate, but arrived safely in advertised quality and appearance without incident. Nothing to complain about this transaction which netted me an item of value to me regarding one of antiquity's great commanders and information about the Second Punic War, Carthage, and Rome. Kudos to the vendor who sold this product too.
Items received on time; well packaged; slight flaw in the finish of the pitcher. Contacted seller; immediate response; kind and very apologetic response; provided refund and was credited within a day. This is an excellent eBayer; will shop again. Thank for you quick and easy communication and solution.
