Quality work, condition and appearance of radio is like new, and was at a reasonable value. The only disappointment was the long shipping times. It took 5 days for the USPS to deliver the prepaid shipping container, two days for FedEx to return it to the vendor and then 5 days to get back to me. Good service, would use again, but shipping times and communication could be better, i.e. we've repaired your radio and shipping label has been created, instead of shipping label created would be SUPER.
Due to illness I can now honestly say this service deserves a five star rating for the transaction/experience; the packaging to return a unit for service was shipped very quickly; was very accurately described I think the value in refurbished versus aftermarket replacement is very pertinent. I have dealt with refurbishers in the past but these guys seem to have their act together using new materials in shipping making things a lot easier.
Radio arrived well packaged, and in the condition that was stated. Everything works beautifully, very satisfied. Installation was a breeze with no issues. All functions worked as stated. Communication with the seller was excellent. I am sure that their customer service will also be excellent Should a problem arise. highly recommend this seller.
