The item was described as "new with defects", but was clearly used: interior stained and very dirty. When I reached out to the seller, communication was prompt and clear. I was given the option to return the item for a refund. I decided to keep it and try to clean it (and try to get rid of the smell). Since I did not pay list price, I still feel like I got an acceptable value.
