Terrible communication, waited long time for him to ship the unit, but never answered when asked for tracking . Had to file a never received item complaint before seller would answer, said he was on vacation and forgot to ship item out, offered 10 refund if I still wanted it. I agreed and closed complaint, but never received 10 dollar refund. I have tried to contact several times , but no answer finally received item 2 weeks later. Still no refund.
