Immediate refund - Courier Yodel was appalling, firstly taking 8 days days to deliver, sending it to other end of the country to be sorted, secondly, leaving on doorstep and lying saying delivered to a safe place.   3. The bag i ordered is good quality and quite good value for money. It arrived packaged well and seller responded when messaged about when it was being shipped and it arrived a few days late the seller was helpful with tracking and telling me when it shoulf arrive and was apologised as it was few days late.
