Guitars by Dorio Ferreira and Edu Lobo provide an ideal cushion for Desmond’s sly yet warm sound, while compositions by Lobo and a young Milton Nascimento reflect the songbook of the Brazilian generation that followed Bossa Nova masters like Antonio Carlos Jobim.
