Well, the vendor has been more than helpful as FedEx had to relabel it twice and delayed delivery by 2 days then it showed up all kinds of broken up and damaged. The irresponsible people at FedEx did not care about customers receiving unbroken or totally shattered items. Typical. However the supplier Northern tool has been exceptional to deal with and handled the matter quickly and professionally. Have flagged them as a preferred seller.
Very practical shipping. Item did not need a box and shipped as is fully assembled with plastic wrapping to keep paint from chipping. Great price compared to other models. Item was delivered super fast, was good priced, package plastic was a little damaged at the handle but I didn't see any damage or scuffs on the bar (possible due to weight of item and handling of package), got updates of order every step of the way, and overall I would recommend this dealer and I would buy again from them if they have anything else I need in the future.
