Disc records are sandwiched securely between several pieces of corrugated cardboard of appropriate size, wrapped in bubble-wrap and securely boxed for shipping. I have shipped hundreds of records around the world using this method with no damaged records. Single cylinder records are shipped in cylinder record boxes, bubble-wrapped and shipped in sturdy boxes. I pack all items carefully for a secure mail delivery.
