The shipping was good. Packaging was good except for the box the unit came in was not for the same product. I did not fit in the package and the box was the wrong model type for the purchased device. Garmin in 2012 discontinued this model 1450 nuvi but it was offered as a new device. When received I notice immediately after turning it on the display was defective. So therefore I sent it back and did receive a refund plus an apology. All the pictures I took were sent to eBay as directed.
