I can't say enough wonderful things about this seller! I bought a beautiful big ceramic Tang horse for a very fair price that was described perfectly! Unfortunately even though it was wrapped and padded very well, it arrived broken during shipping. I contacted the seller and sent some pictures and I was so sad. He was on top of it immediately communicating very well and very supportive and sincerely nice. I was given a full refund. This seller deserves 100% Top reviews in every way!
The transaction went through seamlessly. The Indian Wedding Trunk was packaged with extreme care and thoughtfulness. The trunk is truly a piece of art. Even the invoice arrived as a scroll on tea stained-like paper, a nice touch. I can't say enough about this seller, he's a true gem. I am going to contact him to see if he has another trunk in stock.
Arrived safely!! It was very well packed and shipped. Seller used lots of padding. The vase is gorgeous and just as described. Excellent seller. Great communication. Very accommodating .. I recommend them and would purchase from them in the future. Great deal. 😊
