Item has been run, but shows no damage or signs of use other than wheel wear, and still has handrails and detail parts sealed in plastic bag. Comes in original box with instructions. Please see photos and description for further details. This item is a Kato HO Gauge 1:87 Scale SOU Southern Railway EMD NW-2 Ph 2 Diesel Switcher, 37-119, in the original box with instructions. Engine was made in Japan in 2001, carries cab number 1033, and is standard DC operation, but may DCC friendly. Engine has been very lightly run, but shows no damage or signs of use other than minimal wheel wear. Detail parts and handrails still sealed in plastic bag for installation. In short, back and forth test run with conventional transformer, engine ran perfectly - smooth and quiet, and directional lighting works perfectly, as shown in photos. Engine has sat in its box for a while, so could use a thorough detail and lube job. Compatible with all HO gauge brands: Atlas, MTH, Bachmann, Broadway Limited, Fox Valley, Kadee, InterMountain, ExactRail, Walthers.
