Even though the item did not work and there were no refunds, I reached out to jenskyjoe77 to let them know. They responded immediately and offered a full refund. I believe it was probably damaged in shipping. It was unfortunate that the item didn't work, but the seller was quick to rectify the issue. I would still recommend this seller despite the issue.
Excellent item and seller. Fast shipping and very secure over stuffed packaging. Seller provided great communication answering questions and making checks that most sellers would not do. Very nice tumbler too. Thanks !!!
