It was not a great experience. The doll was as described, but the seller had to be prompted to ship it, then lied and told me it’d shipped the day before (forgetting, it seems, that usps keeps track of these things). The doll was poorly packed into a too-small box with head and feet sticking out, and the post office had covered everything in plastic to keep the item from damage. When I unpacked it, I found the seller had damaged the doll shoes by forcing them onto the wrong feet.
All went smoothly with this purchase. Package arrived in timeframe expected. Item is in great shape, exactly as described. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
