The publication dates are 1975 and 1982. I'm assuming this is 1982, since that date is listed. The books appear to be in good condition given their age but in fairness, I did not flip through each page of each book. I think this would be a really cool kitchen decor item. There also does seem to be some great recipes in these books with picture illustrations.
