Although the item was defective, the seller communication was good. At first they did not want to take the item back and offered a small portion of a refund, but after insisting they take the item back and issue a full refund, they finally sent me a shipping label and gave me a full refund. I am only leaving positive feedback because I told them I would, however, they made the return process lengthy and unnecessarily stressful. I will not do business with them in the future.
I rated my experience as "Neutral" because of two main factors: 1. The product was not as described and did not function (DOA). 2. The seller did attempt to correct the situation by refunding me half of the cost of the original purchase. I won't be buying anything from this seller in the future because they don't seem to understand some of the items they are selling. The packaging quality was good. The shipping cost and speed was fine. The component value was very low.
