Ordered a few months ago, but was out of stock. Communication with seller was great. They offered to send my hard to find snowmobile parts when they became available again..... and they did that! My new in package parts arrived yesterday! Just what I ordered! It's like Christmas in April! Thank you StarCycle!
The wrong parts were sent, but Brian at Star Cycle corrected the mistake and sent more parts. I can't say that the newly sent parts will be the correct ones but I believe they will be. Hey, mistakes happen and it credits a company that will correct it quickly. These people are good folk and I trust them.
I had to contact seller to get product. I waited 3 weeks before contacting then I received the product 2 days after contacting them to let them know known I hadn’t received it yet. Other than that everything was great. Seller was prompt to fix issue.
