I prefer that you do not have to stretch the mouth open too far as that could risk damage to the corner's of her mouth. She is made from Platinum silicone and weighs 6.4 lbs, measuring 18 inches long. She fits preemie and newborn clothing perfectly. Size 0-3 is too big. To ensure her skin looks natural, I’ve bathed and matted her with professional-grade doll matting powder, which eliminates the shiny look and sticky feel of silicone dolls. You can bathe her too!
