The man in the photograph is believed to be Mr. W.S. Epperson. This photograph was taken in Ladoga, Indiana, and Mr. Epperson lived and worked in his own Heading Mill in Ladoga in the late 1890's. The Epperson Family house was built in 1888 on East Main Street in Ladoga and still exists today. This is a beautiful, one of a kind CDV photograph!
