The packaging was fair, a piece of the plactic around the radio face was broken off in shipping. They were very fast to ship. I don't think this is going to be noticeable after the radio is installed. Or have anything to do with the performance of the radio.
I'm writing this to say this seller was very professional. Unfortunately the radio didn't workout for my vehicle. The seller's communication was spot on. Never left me hanging. I would definitely consider this seller for future purchases if I needed any.
