The item arrived well ahead of the expected time and was in new and sealed condition as stated in the description. Prior to this, I had reached out to the seller asking for clarity on whether or not the item was official; as they clarified in the message, it is, and I am happy with the item given that it is being sold at a cheap price. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of this item and I would recommend the seller to any customer.
Excellent communication. Responded quickly to query and ultimately a not received case. Immediate refund - Courier Yodel was appalling, firstly taking 8 days days to deliver, sending it to other end of the country to be sorted, secondly, leaving on doorstep and lying saying delivered to a safe place. Would definitely buy from again. 1st Class Seller. Thank you. Sorry we were both let down by the courier!
The bag i ordered is good quality and quite good value for money. It arrived packaged well and seller responded when messaged about when it was being shipped and it arrived a few days late the seller was helpful with tracking and telling me when it shoulf arrive and was apologised as it was few days late. Will order again from this seller if there anything I see I like.
