Itâs the kind of heart-melting Holt-Howard-era charm that instantly brings back memories of retro Christmas mornings! What makes this piece truly special? Those classic Lefton hand-painted facesârosy cheeks, big starry eyes, and the sweetest expressions youâve ever seen. The craftsmanship is just incredible, and this darling sleigh displays beautifully from every angle. Measurements: Approx. 5ÂŒ inches long and 4 inches tall at the highest point. Retains its LEFTON JAPAN label on the base. Condition: Remarkably preserved for such a delicate 1950s treasure! No chips, minimal age-related wear and paint wear. Two very well-done repairs were made long ago to the candy cane runners (shown in photos 4 & 5).
