  1. Had to reach out to the seller when purchase wasn’t shipped within promised timeframe. When reached out, the seller informed that soap has been shipped and order couldn’t be cancelled. When asked about ETA, seller was vague and there was no tracking number. When asked again, tracking was uploaded which didn’t make sense. In the end, seller agreed to refund. Few days later, purchase arrived with two fake soaps. Not US made product. Seller also asked to leave positive review since they refunded me

  2. Never received the item. Seller is now saying it was out of stock when I ordered it, yet it showed it had shipped. Now they want me to wait 2 weeks before they can ship it. I leave to go out of the Country this week and that is what This was for. Also time is listed as new yet in the fine print it doesn’t have a charging Cord. That’s not me it’s used.
