Based on packing, I would say this was the fault of shipping, not the seller. I initiated a return and explained the issue. The seller issued a refund very quickly and apologized for the broken item. Eventhough this purchase didn't exactly go as planned, I would definitely purchase from them again.
Shipping was quick and the item was packaged phenomenally. Item was as described and I was pleased to work with the seller on a deal for it. Overall, very pleased. Thanks again!
