Pictured are an Eskimo / Esquimaux, Danish Dog, Irish Greyhound, Dingo / wild dog, Newfoundland, Thibet, and Dhole / wild dog. It is my understanding that these are from a collection printed in 1880 per a penciled marking on one of the plates in this series. Antique, colored plate / print, entitled "Plate XV Carnivora." Pictured are an Eskimo / Esquimaux, Danish Dog, Irish Greyhound, Dingo / wild dog, Newfoundland, Thibet, and Dhole / wild dog. It is my understanding that these are from a collection printed in 1880 per a penciled marking on one of the plates in this series. The page is 7" x 9 1/2". The colors are vibrant.
