Shampoo bottle was sent in ultra-thin plastic envelope with no padding or bubblewrap protection, and the post office dented the bottle and the lid/cap was cracked through from postal damage. The lid is unusable, so I had to do something else with the shampoo. I was happy to be able to buy this item, though, because it is not available any longer, so I'm glad that the seller listed it, and they got the item mailed out very fast. Thank you, it's just that the packing could have been better.
The helmet arrived ahead of schedule and was packaged securely to protect it during shipping. It was exactly as described, with vibrant colors and flawless stitching. The seller was very responsive and provided excellent communication throughout the transaction. I’m extremely pleased with the quality and condition of the item. Shipping was quick. Everything was packaged with a lot of padding. Prices was good. One glass was cracked but since the listing says no returns I didn't bother.
