This was an extraordinary gesture of customer focus and satisfaction, which is why I am revising this feedback to positive. The seller was quite apologetic and gave reason that the item was not supposed to be on the marketplace, somehow it ended up there. Things happen, but I think how you bounce back makes a difference. I paid $16.57 for shipping on the 19th of March and never received it until the 6th of April !!!! Worse packed item I have ever received since dealing with eBay. Item was as stated. Was never able to get a correct size on the grip but went ahead with the sale. Other than the LATE/LONG delay and high shipping cost I like the item.
