The Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Klauspeter Siebel put on "Thank You, New Orleans Concert" at The Belle Chase Naval Air Station on Sunday. The program consisted of some old favorites as well as popular military tunes. The program was put together by the Naval Air Station to say thanks to the city of New Orleans for all that New Orleans has done for the Air Station. Parachutes were decoratively hung from the ceiling o f the hangar in which the orchestra played in.Photo measures 10 x 8inches. Photo is dated 10-03-1993.
