This seller is awesome !!! The doll was packaged really well. Which means the package the doll came in was like new. I was honestly ready to delete eBay. I have ordered several Harry Potter dolls from other sellers and they packaged them horribly. They arrived with the plastic cracked and the boxes bent up. 2 dolls even had mold on their clothes. So A+++ for this seller that actually cared.
