Tough I would take part of the blame for receiving a Pop that has blemishes that were not displayed in pictures of listing by not requesting additional pictures or details (no details included either) was most let down by overall purchase as it took almost 5 working days to ship with no communication. Also fortunate that package and Pop arrived without any further damage (loosely packed in a Pop shipper with box barely Scotch taped that actually arrived open.) Expected better for $11 shipping.
