My experience with this seller and the way the transaction was handled were outstanding. Unfortunately the item had some fabric tears that were not represented which was disappointing. However, upon contact, the seller issued an immediate refund with instructions to keep the product, and offered an apology. I would buy from this seller again and do so with absolute trust that the seller would accurately represent the item and if there was any type of mistake, that it would be made right.
Great seller A+A+A+, fast shipping, packaged well, and item is as described. I am very happy with my new fleece jacket.
Shipped quickly and was packed nicely. As described and a good value. Good seller .
