Diesel Front Rear Crankshaft Seal / Wear Sleeve Installer for CAT 3406 3408 C-15. For Caterpillar CAT 3406 3408 C-15. Put the new wear sleeve and seal onto the crankshaft. Lock the locator with bolts on the crankshaft. Than the new crankshaft seal will be isntalled in place by tightening the center nut.
