Arrived brand new in packaging as described. Was packaged non descriptly, which was nice. Didnt have to worry about it being stolen. Shipping was adequate for what I paid. I didnt realize it at the time, but it was priced $50 more that buying directly from Valve, so that sucked. Never conversed with the seller, so communication is neutral.
shipping was amazing, got here wayyy earlier than the ETA. The Packaging was easy to open, & the puppet is as described it even has slots in the hands to put a stick in to move, and its even pretty accurate to the actual SML puppet. I an very happy
I had a great experience with this seller. The jacket came exactly as it looked in the picture, in great condition. I received shipping updates along the way and am just overall satisfied with how smooth everything went. Thank you!
