Screen shots did not show where permanent marker was written on the side of the case. Shipping was fast but poorly packaged. Essentially a sheet of small bubble wrapped around the computer and loosely packed in the box. Parts on the inside of the PC were loose and freely moving around. Item was DOA which may or may not have been because of packing. This was borderline negative feedback if I didn't expect the computer to be DOA anyways.
